Plié The Clinic offers physiotherapist-led Clinical Pilates in a calm, semi-private setting.
❋ Intentional Structure
Each session is guided with clinical precision to ensure progression, correct technique, reduce injury risk, and allow exercises to be modified for individual conditions or movement needs.
Classes run for 45 minutes and are limited in size to ensure personalised attention.
❋ Collaborative Energy
Connection is a core part of our experience. Our classes foster a supportive, community-focused culture where clients encourage and inspire one another.
Within the clinic, you’ll find a space built on trust, guidance, and shared growth, helping you feel confident and motivated every step of the way.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Led by experienced physiotherapists, each session is informed by expert knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury management, allowing exercises to be tailored and adapted in real time.
Ideal for both rehabilitation and performance-focused training, physio-led Pilates supports long-term physical wellbeing.
❋ A Supportive Space
We provide a calm, welcoming environment where every client feels supported and seen. Small class sizes allow for individual attention, ensuring your unique needs and goals are prioritised.
Our boutique space encourages confidence, focus, and mindful practice. Here, you can move with clarity, safety, and intention, knowing guidance is always available.
